Real estate purchases and refinances - Whether you are just starting out or needing to expand, our Farm Real Estate Loan can help you meet your needs.
Operating Lines of Credit - The day-to-day grind of your operating can sometimes stress your cash flow. Our Operating Loans/Lines allow you to borrow for the current crop year and gives you the flexibility of having funds available when the need arises.
Term equipment loans - Your operation requires your wheels to be turning to get your crops planted and harvested. Ask us about how we can help you finance the equipment needed to get-the-job done.
FSA guarantee loans - Loans guaranteed through the Farm Service Agency (FSA) allow us to make agricultural credit available to farmers who do not meet the normal underwriting criteria. FSA loans have the option of no down payment and offer lower rates and better terms. Farmers submit an application with us, then Bank of Botetourt works directly with FSA to assist in the necessary paperwork for the guarantee.
Crop insurance – We offer Crop Insurance through Bankers Insurance.
